As per government guidelines, we have had to make a few changes to the way our business works.
All of our showrooms are now closed to the public for health reasons and to help slow the spread of corona virus. However in these trying times we understand some of our products are still essential.
We will be continuing to trade via our online services where possible and offering our customers daily deliveries. This will however impact on some of our services being temporarily suspended.
These services include:
- Free Saturday delivery
- Taking your product into your home
Instead we are accommodating our customers with daily delivery services but are limited to a one man delivery service and all deliveries will be kerb side to keep our customers and staff as safe as possible.
If your delivery is not essential, you can not get your product into your home or you require an installation service we would ask if you were to think about postponing your order until we are able to resume business as usual.
We can still remove your old appliance for you but it must be previously disconnected and left outside of your home for our team to remove it safely. To prevent any fly tipping please do not take your appliance out any earlier than on your expected delivery date and attach a note to it explaining it is being collected by us.
