Super fast, super efficient

Bought a washing machine Tuesday and it was delivered Saturday! Chris kept me informed of delivery and they even brought it into my house (which I wasn't expecting due to current situation). Chris went through warrenty etc and was thorough but quick. Absolutely inlove with my washing machine and we definitely had a great deal! Would recommend to anyone and will buy from them again.

My washing machine broke down during…

My washing machine broke down during lockdown, "nightmare"! These guys delivered and installed a new one, whilst social distancing, and took my old one away all at a great price. They talked me through the instructions and were very polite. I would definitely recommend them.

Cannot Recommend this company enough! So my washing machine started smoking last night all electrics going crazy!! Messaged these guys this morning and my new washing machine is already plumbed in and done one load!!! Fast efficient reply’s on messenger and delivery was as stated by today had a phone call to say they would deliver within the hour, prompt and helpful drivers, will definitely order again from this small buisness!

I purchased two appliances at Bourne Home Furniture. The first was a washer/dryer and the second time a fridge freezer. I've been really happy with both purchases. Chris made it so easy. He took care of the plumbing installation of the washer dryer. The setup took less than 30 mins. I was so happy with the service that when I was looking to make another purchase I immediately thought to buy from BHF again. Fair pricing. Very responsive customer service. Good selection. Highly recommended.

What a great supplier!

What a great supplier! In the depths of the Coronavirus restrictions all the ordering and arrangements for delivery were done via website, email and text. Due to the moving situation I needed to change arrangements - no problem! Arriving promptly on time the team donned disposable gloves and offered to put on masks if I wished them to. Watching from afar I left them to it and they carefully took the fridge freezer in, placed it and removed the packaging, all without handling anything in the house. Having taken the packaging away tidily the paperwork was left out for signature whilst I and the boss swapped places. A model of care and consideration in trying times. Well done! Oh, and by the way, great product at great price👍

Love our new American fridge freezer, hoover washing machine and condenser dryer. Highly recommend Bourne home furnishings. Highly recommend this place as staff are friendly highly knowledgeable of the products answer any questions with a smile quick and offer a free delivery service one day a week will even take your old appliance away for a small extra fee. Best Company Ever

This company and its staff are excellent and I would highly reccomend them to anyone. The customer service and communication is excellent and they go out of their way to help if you have a problem. The staff are friendly, polite and professional. Their delivery time is excellent, I had my items delivered and put where I wanted them the day after I ordered them. I reccomend their installation and removal option, they took my old item away, removed all the packaging from my new items and took that away so I was left with no mess and then they put my new items exactly where I wanted them. They then explained how everything worked and showed me inside each item. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and easy. It was also great that I could message Chris via messenger to ask questions about my items etc and his response was alway prompt, with the answers to the questions I had.

Absolutely fantastic service. Purchased a washing machine from Chris and Shannon and I have to say I was so impressed with everything from them advising and helping me decided what machine was perfect for me. They are so helpful and take all your needs into consideration. Turns out you can, the washing machine turned up when they said and the delivery guys were fully equipped to get it to my kitchen without a struggle. I opted for the install when I bought it and they were really professional, they took the old one out put the new one in and even put it to run before they left to make sure there were no problems. I was explained to about how to sort out my warranty, the old machine was taken away and they mopped up the mess. First class service from start to finish, Shannon served me in the shop and the baby was gorgeous he kept me entertained the whole time, really pleasant experience and I will be back I really fancy one of the beds thank you so much. Recently purchased my silver crushed…

Recently purchased my silver crushed velvet sofas and silver crushed velvet sleigh bed. We upgraded our mattress to a memory foam with a lovely thick quilted cover and OMG!!! I can’t get out of it had it for a week now and I was nearly late for work the first few days!! Best decision we made. The staff were friendly and helpful in choosing the right mattress, they set it all up for us on delivery as promised and they took the rubbish. Not often you get a service where it’s all about you but that’s exactly what we got! The sofa is amazing also we all fit on it and is perfect for cuddling. Would 100% recommend to my friends and family. Thank you so much x

I recently purchased a double crushed velvet sleigh bed and memory coil mattress from Shannon and Chris at Bourne home furniture and I’m over the moon with how amazing everything went from the purchase to delivery both Shannon and Chris took into account what I was looking for and advised me in a very professional manner on the best mattress to buy!!!
